Payments can be done using PayPal.
All credit cards payments be made through PayPal, it is safe, easy and you don't need an account.

Shippimg
We take pride in our fast shipping and delivery within the U.S. We ship the shoes via USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day Select Service according to your personal preference.
Once you place your order at www.dcarlo.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please save your order confirmation for future reference. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as we send your order. To track your order, please log on to USPS.com and enter the delivery confirmation or the tracking number we provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find your tracking number please email or call us at customerservice@dcarlo.com or (305) 439-7494 and we will assist you.
Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 3 business days of the date of your order confirmation. If we cannot ship your order within 7 business days, we will notify you in writing, via email, of the reason and duration of the expected delay. We will also provide you with an option to either wait for the delivery of the order or cancel your order for a full refund.
All shoes ordered at dcarlo.com are shipped via a third party common carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon receipt, report immediately any shortages and/or damages to the common carrier and notify dcarlo.com within 5 business days.

Return & Exchanges
All shoes purchased from dcarlo.com may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) up to 14 days after the date of shipment. Shoes must be returned in their original condition (new, unworn).
To return shoes to dcarlo.com, please contact us at customerservice@dcarlo.com with the reason for the return. Then ship your return shoe(s) to the address on the shipping label of the package. Be sure to pack your shoes carefully for shipment so they are not damaged in transit. Please keep a copy of the tracking number and shipping receipt for your records. dcarlo.com is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit to our returns center.  If you are returning shoes due to our error or to a defective or damaged shoes, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@dcarlo.com  before shipping your package to avoid being charged this restocking fee. If we sent you the wrong shoes, we reserve the right to send the correct shoes to you in exchange for the incorrect shoes, or to issue a full refund upon the receipt of the returned shoes. If the shoes is damaged or defective, we reserve the right to replace the damaged or defective shoes, or to issue a full refund upon the receipt of the returned shoes.
If the reason for the return is our error (shipped wrong shoes; defective materials; etc.), then dcarlo.com will refund the shipping charges. If the reason for the return is initiated by the customer (ordered wrong shoes; if you are not completley satisfied with your purchase; etc.) then customer will be responsible for all shipping charges
